A new school year has started and you want to get going with ReadingDoctor® Online again. How do you update your school’s ReadingDoctor® Online account to reflect changes in classes for this year?

Firstly, note that all existing students can continue to use the program with the same login details straight away! You don't need to wait for information about new classes or grades to be updated!

You can use this checklist to make the required changes and get your school’s account up-to-date as quickly as possible. Please refer to the section in the User Guide that explains how to use the Dashboard. ✅ Existing teachers have been allocated to their correct classes (see Allocating teachers to classes)

✅ Students who are no longer using the program have been removed (reset) (see Removing / deleting / resetting students)

If you have a large number of changes, we can assist you by providing you with a spreadsheet containing your school’s data, which you can update with your new teachers, classes and student details.
